My name is Ruby Garcia, I am a Texas Native who was raised on fresh and local goodness! As a child, I have fond memories of stopping at our local neighborhood bakery on our way to school for some fresh and warm sweet bread! In my mothers kitchen, I grew an appreciation for the work and passion that went into making all things homemade. I have taken this concept into my kitchen, family, and now into Butter Bake Shop!
